Windows 10 1909 Has No Local Account Option

In the past, when installing Windows 10 you could choose to use a Microsoft Account, or create a local account. Though, the local account option was very well hidden, and you had to be careful of trickery designed to jump you back into the process of getting a Microsoft Account. In recent releases such as 1909 this option no longer exists if you're connected to the internet. No word tricks. No hiding it at the bottom of the screen. The option just isn't given. Microsoft is determined to force users to use a Microsoft Account. If you want to install Windows 10 1909 with a local account, make sure you don't connect to the internet during the installation process. This will force the setup process to give you the option of creating a local account. Once you complete the installation process, and connect to the internet, Windows will ask to continue with setup for the sole purpose of trying to get you to setup a Microsoft Account, but you will be given the option to "skip" this.
