I Had an Unusual Sleep Paralysis Episode Last Night

Last night I didn't sleep well. I ended up having a sleep paralysis nightmare. Normally these seem quite long. I'm aware of shrouded undefined black figures trying to get into my home for maybe an hour or two, then into my room for a half hour or so, and I'm able to wake myself up just before anyone enters. This time was not like that. The dream was SUDDEN! It started right with a figure standing beside my bed. MY HEART JUMPED!!! I was genuinely terrified. This figure was wispy, and white. It looked right at me which, was creepy as heck. It's the closest a figure has ever gotten to me in one of these dreams, the only good look I've gotten at one of them, and the closest I've ever come to dying. The figure was about to bend down, and grab me right before I managed to wake up. The paralysis was different compared to normal (if you can call any of this normal :P). My arms felt exhausted, more than unresponsive. So exhausted though that I couldn't move them at all. Trust me, I TRIED! My face was only half paralysed so, I could speak, but all that came out was stroke-like gibberish, "pspsp pglierith panablgla". I didn't really notice anything in regards to my eyes. Normally my eyes are mostly closed, feel heavy, and I try hard to open them even just the smallest crack so I can see everything. Like when you first wake up, and you're too tired to open your eyes. Normally I'm focused on moving a hand, and working my way up to an arm. This time, I was focused on speaking, and trying to roll over. The entire dream felt like it lasted less than 3 minutes though that is still far too long. I'm not sure how dream time compares to real time? I had a slight migraine yesterday that carried into the night so I'm wondering if that may have contributed to the unusualness of this episode. Thankfully, I managed to get back to sleep afterwards, and slept better from there on. Also my migraine was over :).
