How to Prevent Automatic USB Suspending in Debian i2 v1

These steps will set the default value for automatic USB suspending to off. Individual devices can still be changed to have it enabled specifically for them.

Steps:
- In terminal enter:
sudo -i
- In terminal enter:
echo "options usbcore autosuspend=-1" > /etc/modprobe.d/custom.conf
- In terminal enter:
update-initramfs -u
- In terminal enter:
exit

Notes:
- Tested on Debian 10 AMD64 XFCE.
- Default value on Debian is '2' which means if a usb device is idle for 2 seconds it should be suspended. '-1' means disable automatic USB suspending.
